Directions

Dow Capital Management is located on "Old" Route One in Falmouth, about one and half miles south of the Shaw's Shopping Plaza.  We are near the Maine Audubon and the Portland Country Club.  There is a little bit of a trick to getting to our office, so please see the directions below.

From I-295 South:

• Take Exit 9.
• Travel along Route One for 1.9 miles.
• Turn LEFT at Gilsland Farm Road and the sign for the Maine Audubon Society.
• Take the immediate RIGHT onto "Old Route One."
• Travel 0.1 miles to Dow Capital Management on your left.

From I-295 North or South:

• Take EXIT 10 – Bucknam Road.
• Turn left onto Bucknam Road. 
• At the next light, turn Right (South) onto US-1. 
• Travel along Route One for 1.6 miles.
• Turn RIGHT at Gilsland Farm Road and the sign for Maine Audubon Society. (You will actually pass our building on the right just before getting to Gilsland Farm Road.)  
• Take the immediate RIGHT onto "Old Route One."
• Travel 0.1 miles to Dow Capital Management on your left.

From I-95 North or South:

• Take EXIT 52 to Falmouth (I-295)/ Freeport (US-1).
• After toll booth, stay to the right (and then to the left) to merge south onto US Route One. Be careful not to get onto I-295.
• Travel along Route One for 1.6 miles.
• Turn Right at Gilsland Farm Road and the sign for Maine Audubon Society. (You will actually pass our building on the right just before getting to Gilsland Farm Road.)
• Take the immediate RIGHT onto "Old Route One."
• Travel 0.1 miles to Dow Capital Management on your left.
